By accessing or using the mybliss website (mybliss.ai) and platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mybliss, Inc. (“mybliss,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

mybliss provides an agentic AI platform that enables organizations to create, deploy, and scale personalized wellbeing programs, digital counselors, and white-label applications. Our Services include the mybliss website, platform APIs, mobile applications, and related tools and services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
• Scrape, data mine, or collect information from the Services without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of mybliss, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The mybliss name, logo, Bliss Quotient (BQ™), and all related marks are trademarks of mybliss, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Organizations using the mybliss platform to deploy white-label experiences retain ownership of their content, branding, and program materials. By uploading content to the platform, you grant mybliss a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MYBLISS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

The wellbeing content and programs available through the platform are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBLISS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mybliss, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
